A lovely sunny visit to Vine House Farm Shop & Cafe ☀️
Really yummy lunch with local produce and some good options for the kids too. Freddie shared the kids sausage (Grasmere farm) and chips with his friend and it was enough for the two of them.
Lots of highchairs and they had a great little corner with colouring, crayons, a couple of toys and some books which was a lovely touch.
The best part for us with the boys though was the wildlife garden, pond and playpark! They absolutely loved the willow archway and spent ages chasing each other through 🥰
The playpark was fully enclosed and next to the decking so you could sit and watch your little ones if they’re slightly older. The climbing frame itself was a little bit advanced for the boys but they still had a great time running around/climbing bits and there was a slide and baby swing they could use.

🍴Lots of choices for breakfast and lunch such as toasties, homemade soup, jacket potatoes etc as well as weekly specials including fish and chips which looked delicious! Separate very reasonably priced kids meal too. Afternoon tea also available (bookable)
👣 Pram friendly, the cafe itself is quite large and there’s seating outside with decking. We also pushed the boys around the lake/wildlife garden for their nap
